The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Honourable Dr. Pelonomi Venson-Moitoi, will travel to Kigali, Rwanda on 3rd September 2016 to participate in the 2016 Global African Investment Summit. The Summit, which will be hosted by His Excellency Paul Kagame, President of the Republic of Rwanda on 5th and 6th September 2016, is touted as the largest investment platform specifically designed for African social and economic development.
