Gaborone, 18th March 2022: The Ministry of Health and Wellness informs that:
- Fully vaccinated individuals are allowed to enter the country without a booster shot and without a negative PCR result.
- Partially or non vaccinated individuals will be required to present a negative 72 hour PCR test result as well as to undergo COVID-19 testing at port of entry (at own cost):
-> If the latter test is negative, the individual will be allowed to proceed into the country.
-> If it is positive, he will be isolated in the district of the port of entry (at own cost) and allowed to proceed into the country only after recovery.
